The Not So Fine Print

You can cancel anytime with confirmed notification (but we think you'll stick around for a while)! If you ever do decide to cancel, your refund will be prorated based on remaining pick ups that you've already purchased. If you move, your plan can be transferred to your new address, or you can pay it forward by passing on your remaining pick ups to a neighbor . The bottom line: you have options and we're willing to work with you! Our goal is to provide you with outstanding customer service and continually earn your business year after year!
